By creating an account on EACJobs.com and posting jobs on EACJobs.com you agree to and shall open an account on all sites owned by HiringHelper.com,Inc., including but not limited to www.constructionconnection.com within 24 hours of posting a job on www.EACJobs.com. Should you not create an account on ConstructionConnection.com we reserve the right to create a free user account for you and post jobs on your behalf. Said jobs shall remain on Construction Connection as long as you have jobs posted on EACJobs.com. We also reserve the right to add adversiments regarding our company at the bottom of your job posts.

Headhunters, employment placement/outplacement agencies, temporary worker agencies, consultants and other third parties, including any third party charging a fee or restricting complete access to all resume information, are prohibited.
(iii) Responding to any employment opportunity for any reason except to apply for the job. Communications soliciting the employer\'s business by our competitors are prohibited.
(iv) Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents. Any postings along these lines will be deleted immediately and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
(iv) Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
