Billing Terms

These billing terms constitute your billing agreement with EACJobs.com.  When you click the "Proceed to Payment” button, it constitutes your acceptance of these billing terms. These terms shall govern all billing issues and any other terms detailed herein.

Refunds

All sales of Job Postings and/or Resume Search on EACJobs.com are FINAL. No refunds or credits will be issued. If a job listings is found to be against our terms of use and removed from the site NO REFUND will be issued.

Returned Payments

If your payment is returned unpaid or if your credit card charge is disputed by the issuing bank (a "chargeback"), we will charge you a $25.00 processing fee, and assess the returned payment amount to your account. If we suspect fraud, we may immediately suspend your account without notice. If multiple payments from you are returned, we will require that you pay by cashier's check or money order.
