We’re looking for a Mechanical Superintendent with a minimum of (10) years of prior field experience and (3) years in a leadership role in the Mechanical Construction industry. The company has been in business for over 40 years and is Employee owned. They are located in the Grand Rapids, MI area.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems and installation techniques. They will possess a broad knowledge of construction practices and procedures and have good written and oral communication skills. The overall responsibility of the Superintendent is to ensure each project under their control has the proper manpower, tools, material and equipment to optimize productivity.
