Growing Residential Property Management Company is seeking a Director of Leasing for their growing team in Washington, DC. Candidate will oversee all leasing activities for the property portfolio. Candidates must also be able to build and train outstanding staffs. You must have at least 3 years of experience in Multi-Family Housing, and experience with LIHTC, Section 8, and Market rate is preferred!
