General contractor specializing in government projects and strong backlog of work

Experience needed

·         At least 10 years experience purchasing subcontractors on govt and or office projects

·         Must have a detailed approach to writing subcontract scopes and negotiating a fair price based on his/her ability to understand the plans and specs. Able to get the best price through understanding and defining the scope.  (not a "high pressure" buyer)

·         A detail oriented knowledgeable person with a firm but fair approach of using his knowledge and skill to both maintain relationships and negotiate fair deals with subcontractors

·         Ideally someone with a good construction knowledge who has worked at some point as a PM or Superintendent.
