One of the top 25 companies (not general contractors, but overall companies) in the Bay is searching for a Senior Project Manager to lead a new division for them. This company is local to the Bay Area and prides itself in providing award-winning service to its clients; they have a great reputation within industry (from other general contractors and sub-contractors). They are leading the way for LEED (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) in the Bay area and are taking on a new division focused on Seismic Retrofitting and Historical Renovation. With backlogs of work exceeding 200MM+ they need a leader who can manage this division.

Qualifications:

• Out of the ground commercial construction project experience $5-40MM
• Commercial mix; office; Seismic retrofitting/Historical Renovation (definite plus); education (higher); Multi-family experience

• Must be a team player
• 5-7 years experience as lead Project Manager
• Bachelors degree in construction related field is greatly preferred
