Senior Project Manager for new, mid rise out of the ground construction in the 5 boros for a company with a 3 year backlog and growing. Must have prior experience managing construction of SS and concrete as well as block and plank residential buildings in confined spaces. Must have very good relationship with NYC DOB and all regulations regarding construction in NYC. Degree in Engineering or Construction Technology mandatory. This position requires a Type A person who has the capabilities of pushing a project to meet milestones and knowing who to call to overcome both logistical as well as bureaucratic obstacles. As in NYC construction in general this is not a 40 hour per week position. If outside interests are more important to you than success of the project please to do not apply.
