Duties
Schedule and execute all required material
movements to ensure production can be carried out in a timely fashion at CMOs.
Manage all SAP CMO Stock transfer requests, orders, deliveries and receipts.
Arrange transportation for the above movements. Actively communicate with the transportation department to ensure that all issues related to transportation are resolved successfully.
Manage inventory at CMO location through daily accurate movements and monthly reconciliations. Resolve issues in a timely manner.
Support performance management by collecting and analyzing performance data and publishing performance metrics and dashboards
Skills   Excellent written and oral communication
skills.
Experience with the use of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multi location/company teams.
Demonstrated analytical capabilities  High level of proficiency with MS Excel  Experience with process mapping.
Ability to make sound decisions about scheduling, allocation of resources, and managing priorities  Understanding of Supply chain principles and Class A requirements.

Education     ; B.A.  or B.S. degree (preferably in Life
Science) and experience in production, materials management and/or warehousing/logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry  SAP R3 (MM/IM) experience  Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory guidelines as they relate to logistics and inventory.
