Preconstruction Manager will manage and deliver quality preconstruction services, acting as the liaison with clients, architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors during the preconstruction process.

Qualifications:

• Approx 5 yrs in estimating/preconstruction and up to 10 yrs total in the commercial construction industry
• Experience with budgets, conceptual estimating and pricing. Hard Bid experience is a plus
• Strong organization and leadership skills, with ability to meet client expectations, bring value and achieve desired results
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Bachelors degree in construction related field is preferred
