JMWA/RKCI JV is searching for Civil Engineering Techs for our client site in San Antonio, TX!

Description:

• JMWA/RKCI JV is a joint venture of J.M. Waller Associates, Inc. (JMWA) and Raba-Kistner Consultants Inc (RKCI).
• Provide civil engineering technician support (planning, design and construction).
• Gather, extract, compile, compute or present data necessary to engineering design and project work.
• Compare data from field surveys, customer input/requirements, work classification criteria, authorization limits, space authorization/utilization criteria, experience/knowledge, engineering practice/criteria to analyze requirements, determine/define scope of work.
• Provide knowledge of work procedures performed in affixed or prescribed sequence and new practices and procedures as demonstrated and/or written out in detail. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction field is required.
• BA/BS degree in appropriate field or equivalent specialized work experience required.
• USACE construction experience is highly desired.
• MILCON and/or Civil experience are highly desired.
• MUST HAVE experience in "Analyzing and providing reports on utility consumption and supports external audits of utility management program."  
• Local candidates strongly preferred.
