A growing Electrical Contractor based in Southern California has an immediate need for a Vice President of Operations.

Oversee P/L
Oversee entire Project Management and Estimating teams
Responsible for some business development funtions
Represent company in bidding process/ face of the company
Figure head in leading company in potential new market segment
Effectively work with ownership and Chief Financial Officer

Must have experience in running 20 million dollar plus organizations preferrably in a sub-contracting (electrical trade)
Will consider project executives and chief estimator candidates.
