Description
Essential Duties:
- Final accountability for all aspects of assigned project performance.
- Maintain positive customer relations including project contractual and payment issues.
- Price and negotiate contract change orders.
- Establish and maintain project schedules that include identifying schedule impacts.
- Manage project construction activities in conjunction with on site Foremen and Area Superintendent.
- Present monthly cost & performance reports of the project throughout its lifecycle.
Skills / Experience:
- Minimum 4 years managing industrial electrical construction projects.
- Technical understanding of materials and methods used in electrical construction projects
- Experience in Estimating; Accubid and Prolog experience a plus.
- BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience.
- Ability to travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal project team and external customers or contractors.
