Description
This position demands that one must be proficient in concrete estimating. Must have college degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent field experience in the commercial concrete construction trade. Structural concrete work would be a plus but not necessary. The responsibilities include performing construction estimates based on the provided contract drawings and specifications using estimating software and Microsoft Office, tracking changes to ongoing projects, creating extra work invoices, take offs, material buyouts, change orders etc. Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications, on time. Manages the budgets set forth in our self performed work.
