Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically focused on programming and planning of all phases of building for multi-building research, development and manufacturing facilities for corporate and/or institutional clients. Experience in planning, design, construction documents, construction administration and project construction cost control for lab facilities. Corporate experience desirable. Experience in design for BL2 and BL3 labs, AAALAC standards and NIH guidelines. Licensed architect or engineer or progressing toward licensure. Degree in architecture or engineering.skills include: Ability to “speak the language” of lab planning. Ability to lead teams of individuals on lab planning projects. AutoCAD proficiency.
